Introduction: Fruit Salad
There is nothing better than a fresh salad on a hot summer day. You can sit outside under a shade tree and eat salad and drink iced tea to cool off. When I was a child my mother made only one kind of fruit salad. I love everything in the salad except the mayonnaise! I would eat the salad but I sure did not think the mayonnaise did it any justice. When I married and left home I made my own version of fruit salad and I must admit it is delicious! It has calories though. One small issue. But delightful none the less.
Here is my recipe!
