We have all been there, we’ve cooked our corn and when you peel it, you end up picking off all the hairs left behind.

Step 1: To Start Off, You Need to Cook the Corn.

Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.

Add an extra minute for each cob of corn you’re cooking.

Cooking corn with the husks still on allows the corn to steam and I find it locks in all the flavour.

Step 2: Now That the Corn Is Cooked, All You Have to Do Is Cook Off the End With a Knife.

By doing it this way all the hair is held at the top and the corn comes out nice and clean.
