Introduction: ZOMBIE POOP

Zombie poop…mmm!

Step 1: WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients:

-250 g dark chocolate;

-2 dl wipping cream;

-50 g powdered sugar;

-3 eggs;

-a pinch of salt;

-white sugar paste;

-red beet.

Tools:

-bowls;

-wip;

-dessert dishes.

Step 2: MELT THE CHOCOLATE

Melt the chocolate "bain mairie", let it cool down.

Step 3: WHIP THE CREAM

Whip the cream really firmly.

It need to be cold for best results.

Refrigerate.

Step 4: WHIP THE YOLKS

Whip the yolks with the sugar, until really fluffy.

The yolks should be at room temperature for best result.

Step 5: WHIP THE EGG WHITES

Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt, until they are really firm and fluffy.

The egg withes need to be cold for best result.

Refrigerate.

Step 6: MIX

Mix the cooled down chocolate with the yolks.

Step 7: MIX...

Mix the whipped cream with the yolks+chocolate.

Step 8: MIX...

Mix the white of the egg with the rest of the cream.

Do it slowly and gently.

Place in the freezer for couple of hours.

➔ You can also choose your favorite chocolate ice cream recipe, or a classic mousse recipe, and than use a pastry bag to form the poops.

Step 9: FINGERS & BONES

Form fingers and bones with the sugar paste.

I colored the paste with red beed juice.

Step 10: FORM THE POOPS

Form the poops :)

Take out the frozen poop from the freezer, bit it a little with a fork, and form the poops.

I did it by hand, but if you use mousse instead of ice cream, you can form them with a pastry bag.

Step 11: DECORATING

Decore the poops with bones and fingers…or whatever your zombie eat the night before.

Step 12: DONE

Mmmm…zombie poop, delicious!
