This video will take you through how I made a logo stencil on my 3D printer using a DXF stored from another project. The process is fairly straightforward if you understand modelling and generating print files.

The trick comes at about 0:50 in the video, where I draw lines to connect the unfastened parts together and make them into solid parts using the offset command. Since this is extruded on top of the rest of the stencil, spray paint can get into every blank spot while still holding things securely.

Spray Paint
Masking Tape
Bleach (which as seen in the video, didn't work out too well)
