About: Hello and Welcome to In the Kitchen With Matt. I am your host Matt Taylor. My goal for the show is to teach you how to cook really good food at home for cheap. Eating out everyday can get expensive, but it doe…

In this instructable I will show you how to make Fudgesicles or Fudge Pops. These fudge popsicles are really easy to make with very few ingredients, and in my opinion they taste better then the ones at the store. If I can make these, you can make them, go out there and make your own. Let's get started!

If you have any questions or comments, put them down below and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Step 2: Add Ingredients and Stir

First we will need some sort of Popsicle Mold I really like the ones that I use, but you can use pretty much any popsicle mold for these that you want. Now let's add our milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, to a saucepan and then stir a bit with a whisk. They cocoa powder won't mix in very well yet with the milk, don't worry. Now let's take the pot to our stove top.

Step 3: Stir and Heat

Next let's turn out stove top onto medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture gets nice and thick. It will resemble a nice thick hot chocolate. This process will take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 4: Remove, Add, Stir

Next remove the pot from the heat and add your vanilla extract and the butter, then stir, until the butter is melted completely.

Step 5: Fill Up and Freeze

Now we just need to fill up our molds with the mixture, put the tops on, and then freeze the fudgesicles. I use a little ladle that I have which works pretty well, or you can use a normal large spoon, a funnel might work as well. Freeze them for at least 4 hours, overnight works best.

Step 6: Serve

To serve them up, run a little bit of warm water over the outside of the mold for about 15 seconds or so, this will help loosen up the mold so the fudge pop will slide right out. Enjoy!!! :)
