1/4 cup of sugar

1/2 to 1 tsp of cinnamon

Canola or Vegetable oil

White Bread, or you could use wheat

Step 1: Trim the Bread Crusts

First we will take our bread and trip off the crusts, leaving us a nice rectangle stack of bread slices.

Step 2: Roll Out the Bread Slice

Now, take a rolling pin and roll over the bread slice, making it thinner.

Step 3: Add Nutella

No we add a thin layer of Nutella. You can skip this step if you don't like Nutella, or add a mixture of cream cheese and powdered sugar, or peanut butter, or whatever you like. :)

Step 4: Mash Up Banana

Now let's peel and mash up our banana.

Step 5: Add Cinnamon to Sugar

Next we add our cinnamon to our sugar and add about a teaspoon to our mashed bananas. Mix it in.

Step 6: Cut Up Strawberries

Next we cut up our strawberries into small pieces and then add some sugar/cinnamon mixture to it. You can skip the sugar if you like.

Step 7: Add Toppings

Now lets add our banana mixture. Or we could add our strawberries here.

Step 8: Roll It Up

Now we roll up our bread with the toppings on the inside. Here are a few examples of different combinations.

Step 9: Beat Egg

Add the egg/s to a dish and beat it with a whisk or fork. We will dip our roll in it.

Step 10: Dip and Fry

Now lets dip our roll in the egg wash and then put it in our skillet that has just enough oil to cover the bottom. You can use a little less oil if you like and add butter. I have my burner set just between medium and medium-hi

Step 11: Done

When they look like this they are done. You can cook several at once, depending on the size of your skillet.

Step 12: Finish Them Off

Next we take our leftover sugar and cinnamon mixture and place it in a pie tin. Now we roll out our French Toast Roll Ups in the sugar mixture. You can leave them like that, or add some whipped cream to the top. Enjoy!!
